  No Meetings, preaching work and circuits for JW's in Holland because of SARS-COVID-19 / Corona + Memorial only for JW's

  today all jw's in holland are informed that all meetings, the preaching work and the circuits are halted / closed because of sars-covid-19 / "corona".

  first till march, 30 and then maybe longer.. the first time that the jw work in holland completely stopped.

  the memorial will be held only for jw's.

  the independent inquiry into child sexual abuse (iicsa) is holding a public hearing in the child protection in religious organisations and settings investigation for the next two weeks.

  five witnesses will testify on the jw issue next thursday, 19 march:.

  a) why the self-proclaimed 'faithful slave' opposes & contradicts Jesus who said that the great tribulation of Matthew 24:21 would never occur again. (What exactly did he mean by "never"?)

  b) The great tribulation of Revelation 7:14 is contextually referring to the same one mentioned earlier at Revelation 2:22, so why does the hierarchy cross-reference Rev. 7:14 with Matt. 24:21, instead of with Rev. 2:22? (Two different G.T.'s are being discussed)

  How can the org's 'tribulation' kick off with Babylon the Great being destroyed if the judgment starts first with the house of God? (1 Peter 4:17)

  i simply say to them, "that's ok, it's just a cash sale.

  I simply say to them, "That's OK, it's just a cash sale." Even after stating this, some have persisted and said that it's "only in case you need to claim a refund" or it's "just for the invoice." A refund or invoice for a bottle of wood glue or a box of screws???

  I'm never asked for my postcode whenever I buy a Snickers bar in the supermarket! GDPR, folks.

  do you think any higher ups know that much of the doctrine they teach is bunk?

  thinking back to the time of raymond franz, how he pointed out specifically numerous teachings that the churches really did have right all along, and really any of the hidden mic apostacy trials you listen to on youtube, you see that even when inconvenient bible teachings are proven, the elders just try to sweep it under the rug and move on.

  i think i remember franz saying how one of the gb approached him somewhat sympathetically, but there was nothing he could do.. whether you believe in the bible or not, there are some basic beliefs common among most denominations because they're just so plainly stated, such things as heavenly life for all christians, no central authority structure, minimal use of god's name, etc.

  I had two Circuit Overseers point-blank refuse to discuss the org's dogma which says Romans 6:7 refers to a person's physical death and not figurative - as verses 2,4,6,8,10,11 clearly prove.

  In hindsight, I concluded that these two men couldn't risk agreeing with a publisher and being 'outed.'
